How to request a refund

Email billing@pantrypalchef.com from the address on your account with your order details. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for renewals beyond the 14-day window or for accounts suspended due to terms violations.
